Original Residential
Sections of Olde Cypress
Three original residential sections, 185 detached homes, and a variety of golf-course and preserve settings in one of North Naples' established private-club communities.
Three recorded sections. One established neighborhood.
Olde Cypress Units One, Two and Three make up a substantial part of the original residential development. Together, they include 185 detached single-family homes governed by the Olde Cypress Homeowners' Association.
Although the sections share an association, they do not all feel alike. Homes on Olde Cypress Drive and Treeline Drive often occupy larger homesites, while Lone Pine Lane offers a different scale of detached living with golf-course and preserve surroundings.
The names Unit One, Unit Two and Unit Three refer to recorded residential plats, not condominiums. Every residence in these sections is a detached single-family home.
Home counts reflect the three recorded residential sections. Wild Orchid Court is included within Unit Two. Biscayne Place is a separate association and is not included in these totals.
Different streets, different homes, and plenty to compare.
The original residential sections of Olde Cypress offer a range of home sizes and designs. Most construction dates fall in the early 2000s, although some homes in Unit Two were completed considerably later.
Homes on Olde Cypress Drive, Treeline Drive and Wild Orchid Court generally offer larger floor plans. Lone Pine Lane has a collection of somewhat smaller detached homes, many with private pools and views of the golf course or preserve.
There are meaningful differences in architectural design, renovations and outdoor living spaces. Buyers should compare the actual property rather than assume every home in the same association has similar features.
Olde Cypress Drive & Treeline Drive
This section includes 61 detached residences, with many homesites adjoining the golf course and a variety of larger floor plans.
Treeline Drive & Wild Orchid Court
Unit Two contains 69 homes, including the 25 homesites on Wild Orchid Court. Golf-course and preserve settings are represented.
Lone Pine Lane
This section consists of 55 detached homes and offers a more compact residential scale with golf-course and preserve surroundings.
Established surroundings with a private-club lifestyle.
One of the benefits of living in these original sections is the mature landscaping and established residential setting. Depending on the street, homeowners may enjoy golf-course views, preserve areas or landscaped surroundings.
The Club at Olde Cypress offers golf, dining, fitness, swimming, tennis, pickleball and social activities, subject to the owner's membership privileges. The neighborhood itself does not have a separate clubhouse or recreational complex.
Residential ownership is associated with mandatory social membership, while golf membership is separate. Buyers should confirm current membership requirements, fees and association responsibilities before purchasing.
Established Streetscapes
Mature landscaping, residential streets and golf-course surroundings contribute to the character of these original sections.
Club Amenities
Golf, dining, fitness and racquet sports are available under the applicable club membership category.

Why the individual street matters when buying or selling.
Although all 185 homes fall under one association, they represent several different segments of the market. A property on Lone Pine Lane may differ substantially from a larger estate home on Wild Orchid Court or Olde Cypress Drive.
For buyers, important considerations include living area, homesite size, golf-course or preserve exposure, renovations, storm protection and the age of major systems. Club and association costs should also be reviewed.
For sellers, the most useful comparable sales are generally those with similar floor plans, property sizes, settings and conditions. A single average for all three sections can overlook important differences between the homes.
What buyers should compare
Street location, living area, lot size, golf or preserve exposure, renovation history, roof condition, hurricane protection, pool systems and ownership costs.
What sellers should understand
Sales should be compared within the most relevant segment of the community. Homes with different sizes, views and improvements may require substantial adjustments.
Older community materials may use Woodsedge for Units One and Two and Ibis Landing for Unit Three. Wild Orchid Court is part of Unit Two, while Biscayne Place has a separate association. Confirm each property's recorded plat and association before relying on a neighborhood designation.
